1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ase365 website accessible at ase365.club, including all associated web pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, games, betting markets, and account management tools.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the ase365 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the ase365 registration process.
• "Funds" means real-money balances held in a Player's Account, including deposited amounts, winnings, and credited bonuses where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback payment, reload bonus, or other non-cash incentive awarded by ase365 at its discretion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus must be staked before it or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures as applied by ase365 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all ase365 operational references.
• "Services" means all products offered via the Platform, including but not limited to cricket sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, and virtual sports.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the ase365 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on ase365.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of a third party or as part of a commercial operation.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or family member of an employee of ase365 or any of its technology or game-supply partners.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an ase365 Account suspended or permanently closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions.

ase365 may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the lifecycle of an Account. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, and driving licences. Where a Player is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory verification documentation, ase365 reserves the right to suspend the Account and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one Account on the ase365 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.

During registration, Players are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including their full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information during the registration process is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

ase365 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole and absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox on the ase365 registration form, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and belongs to you personally.
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You consent to ase365 processing your personal data in accordance with the ase365 Privacy Policy.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ase365 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued for two-factor authentication. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

ase365 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from ase365 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity conducted under your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified ase365 of suspected unauthorised access. ase365 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account where the Player has failed to adequately protect their credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must:

2. Change your password immediately if you are still able to access your Account.
3. Provide ase365 with all available information regarding the suspected unauthorised access to assist with our investigation.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

ase365 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Players based in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Wallets: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)

Minimum deposit: ৳200 via mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer minimums may differ and will be displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. ase365 reserves the right to request documentation confirming payment method ownership as part of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.

ase365 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ase365's control.

ase365 reserves the right to reverse a deposit to its original source if there are reasonable grounds to believe the transaction was made fraudulently, using a compromised payment method, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, any winnings generated from the reversed funds will also be forfeited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ase365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including BPL and the T20 World Cup.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed full account registration and KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• ase365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This will not affect bonuses already actively in use by a Player at the time of withdrawal.
• Bonus funds may not be used to wager on all game types. Restrictions on eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, structuring deposits to trigger bonuses artificially, or using prohibited betting strategies — will have their bonus forfeited and their Account suspended.

VIP Program bonuses and cashback rewards are governed by the ase365 VIP Program Terms, which form part of and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ase365 platform:

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed by the platform. Players should review all selections carefully before confirming. ase365 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances outlined below.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrect price or odds being offered, ase365 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral Bangladesh Tigers series — are settled in accordance with ase365's official Cricket Betting Rules, available on the platform. In the event of match abandonment or interruption, settlement will follow the DLS method outcome where applicable, or bets will be voided at ase365's discretion.
• Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified providers are governed by the respective game provider's rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is published by the respective game provider.
• Crash game outcomes (including Aviator by Spribe) are provably fair. Multiplier results are generated through certified algorithms that Players may independently verify using the seed data provided after each round.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

ase365 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or close betting markets at any time, including during live in-play events, for risk management purposes. Players who are identified as consistently exploiting pricing inefficiencies may have their stakes restricted on specific markets.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ase365 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account to access the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, betting markets, or the ase365 account management system.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, match-fixing participants, or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Using the ase365 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputed transactions, or payment fraud through any deposited payment method.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ase365 support staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Circumventing, attempting to circumvent, or assisting others in circumventing ase365's security measures, KYC procedures, or geo-restriction tools.

9 Responsible Gaming

ase365 is committed to promoting safe, responsible gaming behaviour among all its Players. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining pastime, and ase365 provides a suite of tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts to notify them when a specified duration of continuous gaming activity has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may apply for a temporary self-exclusion period (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During an active self-exclusion, the Player's Account will be locked and all marketing communications will cease.

By registering an Account, you consent to ase365 processing your personal data for the following purposes:

• Verifying your identity and age in accordance with KYC obligations.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and associated financial transactions.
• Providing customer support and responding to Account queries.
• Sending transactional communications including Account alerts and security notifications.
• Sending marketing communications where you have opted in to receive them.
• Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct.

ase365 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required to provide the Services (e.g., payment processing partners) or as required by law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ase365 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from system downtime, technical faults, or interrupted connectivity.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of ase365 Services, even if ase365 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any losses attributable to events beyond ase365's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, civil unrest, or natural disasters.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, prices, or market information displayed on the platform that result from data feed errors originating from third-party sports data providers.

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, ase365's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ase365's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Amendments & Termination

ase365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ase365 will notify active Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage. The updated terms will take effect 7 days after notification, or immediately in cases where changes are required to address legal, security, or regulatory obligations.

Your continued use of the ase365 platform after the effective date of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account.

ase365 may suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its discretion, including where:

• A Player has materially breached these Terms & Conditions.
• A Player has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk of harm to ase365 or other Players.
• ase365 is required to do so to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting ase365 customer support. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (after satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification.

13 Governing Principles

These Terms & Conditions are drafted and interpreted in accordance with principles of fairness, transparency, and good faith applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in and serving the Bangladesh market. ase365 is committed to operating as a safe, reliable platform and to resolving all disputes with Players in a fair and timely manner.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the ase365 platform, you are encouraged to contact ase365 customer support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. ase365 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation or adapted version, the English-language version shall prevail.
